I need an irish student visa, but i have a two previous visa refusals history

1. Schengen visa refusal
2. UK tourist visa refusal

Reason

1. missing document ( current employer leave letter / NOC)
2. origin of funds is unclear and the deposits are inconsistent
with the transactional history shown

Will these refusals affect my chances of getting an Irish student visa? if i attach the refusal letter will it improve my chances ?

No, these these refusals will not affect your chances of getting an Irish student visa. There is no need to attach refusal letters, but you should carry these documents at interview.

Further, please make sure everything is okay this time...
