If nice packaging is a consideration, go to the main FabIndia shops in GK-1 N Block Market. Not a huge selection, but certainly the stuff that's been mentioned.

If you don't find what you need before you leave India try MV spices.

Very well known, they are located in the veg market in Jodhpur but will ship anywhere. Their curry masalas are handy for the inexperienced cook. I use their "Maharaja" and "South Indian" masalas frequently.
Another good source for spices is Penzey's. Very good quality and just about everything you might need. They also have a "Maharaja" curry masala with saffron that is very good. http://www.penzeys.com/
