Hi ssk,

I think whatever places you have planned to visit is enough. Come on...it is honeymoon trip and you would not like to rush and make it a hurricane trip. So, relax and enjoy the trip and the places you have chosen are fine enough. you don't need to change anything. It will be safe enough to visit there with your spouse and you can definitely take help from the hotel where you will stay. No problem with that. You will get English speaking drivers available there but they may not be fluent enough.

You have a nice tour plan and will definitely love these places. Have a nice trip and a memorable honeymoon.

Nathula pass permission will be arrange by the tour operator. You have to inform them in a day advance.
This is not to dishearten you but your visit is during Monsoon and Sikkim is not the right place to visit during this season.
Also permit is issued upon weather condition so if weather is not okay permit will not be issued.
