Dear Trekerrs,
Would be going for the ABC trek in Oct (Trek commences from Pokhara @ 7 am on 2nd Oct'18 and reach Pokhara back @ 5 pm on 10th Oct'18).

Please guide travelling apt route maps with lowest cost means:
1. Landing Patna @ 11 pm on 30th Sep
2. Depart from Patna @ 3 pm on 11th Oct;18.

Have read several blogs of travelling through Raxual/ Gorakhpur - please guide.

thanks,
Pomz

It's a very tight schedule.
There are some night sleeper buses to Raxaul from Mithapur Bus Stand (Patna), but you're landing at 11 PM. So, it's not possible to catch these buses. So, You may go to Motihari by bus and change bus for Raxaul in the morning.
After crossing the border reach Simra airport (Birganj) for a short flight to Kathmandu, and from kathmandu another flight to Pokhra. That's how you can reach Pokhra by night. You can pre-book the flight tickets online on Buddha Air's website.

My suggestion, if you can change your flight to Patna. Please do it so that you reach Patna by 7 PM to catch Raxual bus from Patna bus stand.

Thanks Anil.

Can understand the tight schedule office woes are there. Going via Gorakhpur, how good/ bad would it be ? running on short budget, so flight option is curtailed.
What about return schedule ?

By Road you can get a bus to Raxaul and then a bus diirect to Pokhara. You do not need to travel to Kathmandu first.

From Raxaul take a rickshaw to Bir Ganj. From there you get a bus to Pokhara. You can also catch a shared minivan.
No need to book as the buses leave regularly.
