modern blouse stitching tailors
My wife uses Nishika's in Thiruvanmiyur. It is on ECR, just before RTO (East Coast Road, Road Transport Office), next to Modern Computers (no, I'm not joking... it really is! 
).
Whereas her blouses are not very modern, they did make her daughter's wedding blouse just recently.
We did try one of those Egmore tailors that claims to do fancy work for fancy people, but a lot of the work was really really bad.
