What would all of you choose frome these three?
Based on:
1 safety (in particular safety for women)
2 healthcare
3 greenery
4 education
5 low corruption
I am thinking to move to either of these three (still searching which place exactly in Kerela district) in the next two/three years.
I am also planning to visit these places myself before making a final decision and settling of course.
I hope you guys could provide me with some information based on your personal experiences
Thanks for your replies

What did you do? Stick a pin in the map?
Why these three places? So far apart? You might as well ask about Paris, Rome and Wales (Kerala being an entire state).
If, for instance, you had to move to a particular city, for example as an ex-pat employee, it would be perfectly valid to ask about suburbs of that city, even though you might have not been there, or even not been to India. Your question, as it stands, is just too open...
@Nick-H:
Thanks for your input.
The reason why I choose these three places is simply the fact that I may choose one out of these three to move to for my company. Since I have never been to one of these cities I just want your opinions about this.
To make it more specific I want to know about:
- Chandigarh City
- Udaipur
- Kochi or Trivandrum

You understood it very well my friend!
Now can you give me some information regarding my question?
Thanks

All the three places are contrast in itself!
If you love the mountains, especially the Himalayas, you should go for Chandigarh!
If you love water and greeneries, you may select either Kochi or Trivandrum.
Udaipur represents royalty of Rajasthan and near desert with dry weather!
Now, it is up to you to select one!

I voted for chandigarh... if i ignore point 5 i.e "low corruption" :P
otherwise for first 4 points CHD is just great... near to himalayas/clean and planned city... though too hot in summers and cold in winters...

I managed to clarify the question, setting the stage for others. Out of your choices, I only know Kerala. It is very beautiful, has a lot of rainy days in the year, and I've always wanted to live there. It consistently scores high in quality-of-life surveys, yet it has its darker side too. We have plenty of Kerala members who can comment on what it might be like to work, or be an employer, there: I only see it as a tourist (even though I live only a day's train ride away).
If you do focus on Kerala, I suggest a post in the Kerala forum: it might attract more/better answers.

What about heat? Chandigarh offers the best respite/gateway getting slowly roasted on India's open spit.

I'd choose Chandigarh in a flash. Reason being, I'm North Indian and I would adapt most closely to Chandigarh. Besides, it has it all - malls, shopping, cinemas, broadband, banks, hospitals, schools... WIDE ROADS! Everything you need to settle down comfortably in a short period.
Thank you guys for your very useful replies.
Based on your opinions I guess Chandigarh is the foremost favourite and fulfills all the requirements we are demanding
I must say it really suprises me that nobody choose for Udaipur. I guess this is because of the fact that infrastructure, healthcare and education is lacking?

There is no comparison to Chandigarh. My vote goes with Chandigarh
