I mean the bollywood music sounds arabic/persian. The majority of the actors do not have indian names and project a particular ethnic view. Is it not so?

So where is the REAL indian movie culture?

Which movies project only a ethnic view? Moreover all movies should not be nationalistic. They may present some communal viewpoints. You must remember that in diversity lies unity.
Most actors and actresses are Indians, excluding Jacqueline Fernandez, Ileana d'Cruze and so on.

Do you mean "Helen"?

She is Anglo-Burmese.
