A substantial portion of Persian vocabulary is Arabic in origin. "Bint" means "daughter" in Arabic (and "dil" is originally Persian) but "bint-e-dil" (daughter of the heart) is a Persian construction , the so-called "izafet" which is used quite liberally in "higher" Urdu. "Misr" is the Arabic word for Egypt, which Persian, Urdu and Hindi use. These may be words of foreign originbut the language (ie. the framework) is quite definitely desi.

Would you call this as being in a foreign language?

"Zulm" and "Ulfat" are Arabic in origin but "Zulm-e-Ulfat" is a Persian construction. "Saza" is Persian in origin but very much naturalised into Hindi and Urdu. The rest of the opening line is Hindi/Urdu.
