Hi All,

I just found a century old guidebook on India:

http://www.archive.org/stream/ahandb...rgoog_djvu.txt

Thought of sharing it with all. And yes, this does not violates any copyrights, because the text says that the copyright has expired !!

It is an interesting read as some of the places were as famous as they are now, while some didn't even exist. Enjoy reading.

Hi Bharatwaasi,

Thank you for the post. I think it will be a nice experience to read the book (from the few pages a went through).

Actually the materials available in archive.org are no longer copyright protected. They have a great collection of materials in different subject areas.

Biman.

Thanks, great find.
Lord, Grant me the Serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of those people I had to kill because they pissed me off.
