i wish to go for a good hotel...
not very expensive..but a bit expensive would do

Honey Singh in Agra hotels they check ID first. If you both have foreign passport then no problem othewise book two rooms.

Indian Penal Code (IPC) Drafted in 1860 and came into force in British India 1862, gave right to Police to book adult couple under awaragardi. Now we see at public places love birds, which look odd. I think young generation have to fight against it, if adult couple go to room, Police has to respect their privacy. May be some petetion can be file in court and Police has no right to questions to adults.
