Hope this doesn't offend anybody!! Don't want to get reprimanded twice in one day.

Princess Kate and Prince William Sit on the 'Diana Bench' at the Taj Mahal 24 Years On

On the final day of their weeklong tour of India and Bhutan, Prince William and Princess Kate visited a site rich with personal meaning: the Taj Mahal.

They arrived at the magnificent white marble monument to love – it was commissioned by the emperor in 1632 as a mausoleum to house his wife – on Saturday afternoon local time and paused to take in the wonder of the sight before them. “It’s beautiful,” William said, calling the historical site “stunning.”

And in a moment that has been widely anticipated for months, Kate – in a white dress with blue accents by India designer Naeem Khan – and William stopped to take a seat on the bench made famous by William’s late mother, Princess Diana, who famously visited India’s most famous landmark in 1992

But pertinent to this site. Maybe some are interested. And paparazzi are everywhere. Just because there is paparazzi doesn't mean the story is bogus. This is newsworthy. I really don't care too much, but some might.

And god bless them. They seem genuine imo.

And this is another issue I have with these so called 'good will' visits.

Plus who actually bears the cost for these week long holiday trips?. British treasury or Indian government?. I know for sure the australian government bank rolls these visits when they come here.

I want to know why Kate always wears beige shoes. This is a question all Indiamikers must be asking themselves, first thing in the morning.

I hate beige.

I can't believe you noticed it too. It struck me when I saw her pictures, but then I'm not Shobhaa De to comment on her attire!
