Sweet shops are all over and any one dealing in milk sweets will produce and stock 'peda'. Mathura used to be well known for this but you'd find similar stuff in Agra and bharatpur (go to the old city). If you're looking for Petha that's made of white pumpkin, then in Agra, there're various establishments called ''Panchi'' Petha (they all claim to be original, and we buy in Jaipur anyways).
What kind of tea are you looking for? dust? long leaf? ctc? How much quantity? There're many wholesale traders in Jaipur. If a small quantity (less than a quintal, any retail shop can sell it to you). Please also explain the killing involved, it's quite confusingly written.
