Logical would be early morning Taj followed by fort, Sikandara (Mariam's tomb is nearby), Fatehpur Sikri, Itmad ud Daulah and Mehtab Bagh.

I hope you are not going on a Friday. When are you planning to do this?

You only have one full day in Agra and your list is too long. Agra and surrounds are very crowded. It takes time to move from a site to another.
If you visit Taj twice, forget about Sikri. You will run out of time. Try not to see everything and focus on the sites important to you.

I would suggest seeing the Taj during sunset from Mehtab Bagh. I think there is no point in seeing Taj during sunrise and sunset from inside the complex. I think you should have enough time to see the places mentioned in my earlier post.

Be there are the ticket counter (East or West gate) by around 5:30 - 5:45. After you purchase the ticket you will have to walk till the security check. There might be some delay at the security check especially for women. Only 25% - 30% of the fort is open for tourists the rest is under the control of the army. Fort should take around 90 minutes or so, Sikandara around an hour, Fatehpur Sikri would take around 2 hours, Itimad ud Daula around 30 minutes and spend the rest of your time at Mehtab Bagh. After sunset the guards whistle indicating it is time for the tourists to leave the garden.

Thanks for advice.
I would like to know where to start and where to end.
Should we cover in order like agra fort, sikindra, fatehpur sikri then itmad ud daulah, mehtab bagh and taj mahal
or
first fatehpur sikri in morning and remaining places in afternoon session?
If possible please give me schedule.

This looks like an older thread, but after Sikandara I was curious if someone could help fill in the details for what kind of transportation will you need between each of these sites (walking, auto rickshaw, bus, train)? I'd like to follow a similar itinerary, but with about a day and a half, starting in Agra around 5:30-6am (overnight train from Varanasi) and then ending up in Agra the next day at 4:30pm to catch the train to Jaipur.

Fatehpur Sikri is far off. The others could be done by auto. Ask your hotel to arrange for one.
