Our only gripe with this place...

Our only gripe with this place is that it was a big hassle to get hot water for our baths when we wanted - it took them 30 min or more to bring it. (It's not available in the room; you have to ask for it.) Also even after paying extra for extra people, we were told we wouldn't get any more hot water than the allotted amount. ... read more »
