maree Maha Guru Member Registered: August 2002 Location: New Zealander in Bangkok Posts: 850 users gallery	There's this huge rock outcrop behind the town of Skardu with a fort up the top and this mosque at the bottom. Baltistan is very dry but there's irrigated plots along the Indus - best cherries I've ever had. Skardu isn't that far from the Line of Control.
