This was taken from the top of the Lago La.
I wonder if there are many other places where you can get so close to three enormous mountains without a substantial amount of trekking?
The Lago La is a 4 hour climb, but is worth every painful step!
It feels like you can almost reach out and touch the peaks.

Hi Conor mate,

I think it probably is part of the Suru valley, although I can't say for certain. I've checked a few maps and the river that you can see is definately the Suru.

Whether it is or not, I can't recommend a trip to this area highly enough!
Possibly the most beautiful area I've ever been to.
