Yes the official name is Bombay YMCA its in central Mumbai a few blocks from the the train station. A clean double occupancy room is about 1300 rupees per night and you get two great meals breakfast and dinner. For Mumbai this is a decent price. There are dorms also. You have to be a member which costs 120 rupees. This is out of the tourist area - very laid back.
