Nice shot, the bit of blur in the man adds to the sense of movement. To improve it I might crop off the figures on the right to concentrate on the rickshaw. A winner..

Wonderful shot. I just saw it now (because it has been thoughtfully included in my Kolkata write-up).

One for the archives? How much longer will they be pulling hand-held rickshaws I wonder.
