Thanks Yogagal! Yup, that's me in the bandana, 20 pounds and 30 years ago. I wish I still looked like that!

The Toda were the neatest looking people I ever saw in India. I wish I had a photo of the women, who also had a very distinctive appearance. That have their own distinctive culture, they are not Hindu or anything else, they have their own religious believes and that thing behind us is a holy place we were not permitted to enter. I recently read there are only about 1,000 left in the Nilgiri hills.
