These go around residential areas with devotional songs at full blast. There are many versions - animal-powered, and in this case, powered by a diesel motorbike engine. They go around collecting donations/offerings from believers. Oh, and yes you can pray too.
If man doesnt come to God, God will come to man i guess.
For me, the confusion was whether to add this under "Temples and Monuments" or "Shops and Businesses". Finally chose for the former.
