hi,
i have taken ticket for mumbai from sec'bad under tatkal quota which is initially in Waiting list but now it is confirmed.....
does there is any possibility of cancelling and get my fare back
any help appreciated.........

Cancel it before 24 hours of train departure and you will get back 25% of total fare. No refund if you cancel within 24hours of departure...
Once happened with me also. Canceled the ticket 12 hours before departure. Got a big ZERO.

The rule has changed w.e.f. 1st August Only.
Earlier, Tatkal ticket cancellation was nonrefundable.....
