Yoga Palolem Beach
Hi there,
I am looking for a Yoga course to do in Goa - Palolem for 2 weeks or more. I am only a beginner and it's not to become a trainer but just practice. I have looked online and some of these place charge the earth and they must make a mint from what they charge. I have accommodation already but I am open to anything as long as it's worth the money. This is my 4th time in India so I have a good idea on what it cost for food and accommodation. I am currently doing Yoga in Bangalore for R250 per month! I know that this is VERY cheap and Goa is more expensive especially peak season but some places are charging 60 pounds per day!!! That is just madness!!! Any suggestions please let me know, Take care, Shareen |

My advice is do a bit more web searching. Id also advise spending two weeks at Sivananda in kerala [ get some absics ] then travel into Goa and just look around and ask. Youll probably come across Indians teaching yoga classes every morning . For miuch less than 60 pounds a day you could get private tuition but its also good to experience a general class for the energy.. best of luck |
