yoga + meditation courses (south)
anyone have any suggestions of courses (preferably in the south) in yoga and / or meditation?

anyone know of any small out of the way ahsrams in tamil nadu or kerala?
if they got a web site.it ain't what i am looking for. the smaller and more personal attention the better<if it doesn't have an accredited or know guru.....no problem> safe relaxing and eductional is all i look for
