Yoga in rishikesh for a week
Hi everyone,
I am planning to go to Rishikesh for a week for Yoga. I am a beginner in Yoga. I have done only few classes in Delhi. Can you recommend any good place in rishikesh where I can learn Yoga. I will be there only for a week, so I dont mind if it is Intensive. I have gone through lot of the earlier post but still confused..pls advice. |

pathanjali yoga has a huge centre in Haridwar they do have very good facilities for food and accomdation suiting diffenet needs haridwar is just 25-30 kms before rishikesh .its best to go to a well known retreat as there is definately lot of untrained YOGI's.
there are also have Spa's , religious discourses , massages etc.in and around rishikesh |
