yoga centre in Coonoor
I'm looking into studying yoga and ayurveda, (like everyone else, right) and have come across the ayurveda retreat centre in Coonoor. Has anyone been there? Any words of wisdom about this place, especially the yoga teacher training program? They offer the Gurukul system which includes teaching only 4 students at a time, and this really appeals to me for getting quality instruction.... however, I have no idea what the yoga is like there. Any words on this or other recommended teacher training would be fab!
