Hi Bree,
I havent heard of Arsha Yoga Peetam, but know that Isha Yoga is very famous in India. They have a big facility in Coimbatore. Also check the other site maitreyvedic studies which also offers Yoga. Set in a salubrious climate and beautiful location, Valparai is a great place to stay, learn and unwind from the pressures of life. http://www.ishafoundation.org/Schedu...a-Programs.isa http://www.maitreyivedic.in/stay.htm Regards, Raghu Quote:
