Hi there,

Did you do it at the same centre? Did you find it hard at all. Could you possibly elaborate on your experience and what you expected and gained from the course.

Thank you,

I am kind of looking for a little more information from people so thanks anyway but I really want to hear about people's experience not just to tell me that they went to the same center and that they would go back.

Thanks anyway.

You have a very lengthy description of the course just a few posts back... just bc it was at a different center, don't think it won't be exactly the same. That's the point. All Goenka centers are the same...

You can google 10 day vipassana and as long as the center was Goenka, then the description is relevant.

Keep in mind though - you'll never - EVER - get the perfect description until you get through it yourself... I think that's true for a lot of things, but vipassana centers, definitely!

Nice discussion on Vipassana. I was looking at 'reviews' for the course and glad to find this post.

I know some of you have posted your views right after the course (which I believe are bound to be positive). I would like to know your views years after you have taken the course...if possible.

Well as mentioned above all center are same. I had good experience that's why i went again and decided to go once every year. I went Igatpuri because it is main center ( Tapobhumi ) , second time also went same center even there are center near to my place. Most likely next time will go to Dharmsala center.

it look hard, but once you join the course you will find it is good and value to hard work.
