studying yoga in an Ashram
I am intrested in anyones expirence of studying Yoga in an Ashram, there expirences good or bad. Can you lose contact with the outside world, does it change your personality etc??.
Any comments or expirences would be most welcome....has anyone studied yoga teacher training in Mumbai (yoga instuite) for seven months and how was it? Thankyou for any replies   |
