Yeah that is such good fun, wish i could see that picture again sometime. Funny enough this a.m. the wife pointed out a story from the US, about a man just sentenced to 3 yrs for being caught in his neighbour's stable, in flagrante ... but i won't lower the tone with details!!

hear hear!!!

yes it is wonderful sorry sunspirt your gonna have to wait but when you get here it will be the most wild thing thats ever happened to you.Im not trying to turn this into another convent forum but i just want to say that there are plenty of places for white nuns here and you have to see a few before making a decision so theres no real way to plan good luck trying to contact most of these places its still about who you know but luckily my friend knows a lot of people. ill be going to Coorg tomorrow and after that im going to a place called Bodizendo to see whats up. there are way less in the south of India but still more than in US of course. I may need to make reservations not sure ill know tomorrow. One peace of advise to anyone wanting to do this is to somehow find a meditation instructor wile in the States or wherever your from. because Darmasala is the best for nuns but you need a reference from a meditation instructor or a Dharma center(which will most likely not allow you to have a scheduled instructor) first and to study the customs, no need to already speak Tibetan if you go to darmasala they have a 2 year course that teaches you thanks to his holiness. Tibetan is something you cant learn out of a book anyways. Well wish me luck and thanks for everything Indiamike!!!

Take care, Cheryl. Hope you have the best of experiences in India. As they pray here:

Sarve bhavantu sukhinah, sarve santu niramaya;
sarve bhadrani pashyantu, ma kaschid duhkha bhag bhavet.

May everybody be happy, may everybody be free from disease;
May everybody have good luck, may none fall on evil days.

It's impossible for anything new to occur, just to have new experiences of stuff that has occurred many times before.

BJP can be ruled out, they have been having there share of “Ram Ram” one too many lately...however I am also wondering how bjp could have been responsible, looking forward to details Aup
