short meditation/yoga course
Hi Everyone,
I am new here and will be new to India in less than two weeks. I am planning to travel for two month and than take one month Yoga TTC course. It is important to me to start my stay in the spiritual way and shake off some side effects of London busy life. Therefore I am going straight to Himachal Pradesh. Coluld someone recomend any short residential meditation and yoga course that I could attend with my boyfriend who is totally new to the subject?? I've spent 2 nights reading posts and viewing links but I havent found anything for early August. I would be happy to hear from anyone! |
