Looking for Ayurveda retreat in Kerala/Cochin

Hi there,
We are looking for a good, not too expensive and most importantly authentic Ayurveda retreat in the Cochin area. Ideally we are looking for a retreat where residents can learn more about Ayurveda. I have previously done an Abyangha course myself but would like to refresh my knowledge - ideally as a student of a Vaidya....does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks a lot!!

Here are the links to couple of Ayurveda treatment centres located in Cochin area that have a good reputation locally.Both of them have a more upscale clinic modelled after resorts offering more creature comforts as compared to the traditional spartan treatment centres.They do have short term courses on Ayurveda and Yoga.I think KAPL would be cheaper than Nagarjuna Ayurvedic Centre.
