KYM Registration

Dear all,

Yesterday I have registered and paid the KYM 4 weeks intensive course that will start on the 31st August.

I read that some people already did this course or others in the same institution.

How was the registration process??? Did you do an on line payment??? It was fine???

I am a little bit worried because I didn't receive any message in my e-mail that prove my payment and registration...

Thank you.

don't worry about them. I've done the month long and a two week intensive, and I'm returning for my 4th time in January for private lessons.

When I started attending KYM they had no online payment thing so I have no idea how it is. I just mailed them my cashier's check -- FROM AMERICA -- and everything was fine.

and if you've never been to India before you will find that some places in India do not respond to emails very quickly.

stop worrying about it and stop creating your own dukkha -- but you'll learn all about that in the Sutra-s class....

Good point!!!

Dear Sama,

thanks for taking these doubts away from me. I just needed a voice that could tell "I have had a good experience with the registration, etc".

I will wait for their reply and for sure everything will be fine...

Anyway after that I would like to know if you have tips about budget locations to stay close to the KYM Institute.

Thank you again!!!!

KYM can help you with recommendations -- many if not most KYMers stay at the Woodlands Hotel in Mylapore. if you search for "Woodlands" in the Chennai forum you will probably find their website link or a telephone number -- you can reserve via email

New Woodlands Hotel <--click here

I don't know if there was ever an "old" one, but the "new" is part of its name.
