iyengar yoga in Pune
Yes I know that the best place is the Ramamani Iyengar Institute, but you have to be in a waiting list for almost 2 years; and I don't have time. I am leaving to India on May 19th. Does anyone know a good place in Pune where I can practice Iyengar Yoga?

Is this different from the Bhandarkar Institute, Pune which I know to be outstanding.?

Bhandarkar Institute is a place for historical research and higher studies related to Indian history.
Ramani Iyengar Institute is where they are teaching Hatha Yoga, which is known as Iyengar Yoga. I think you can contact Ramamani Inst, they must be having centres in the city as well, without any waiting list. This waiting list must be for people who want to learn under BKS Iyengar. |
