i want learn yoga
i have some question about yoga in india
i live in Thailand.and i studies basic yoga in thailand.if i want studies in India for course about 7 - 14 days. i dont know ,possible? and where is place? possible me for this course please send information detail for me .. if possible regard YANATHIP  |

Book on Yoga

If you are a person who could read a book on yoga and follow the instructions, then I cud suggest a book that could be helpful to you. I recently, ordered this book and though I am still reading it, it sounds very helpful.
