first university of yoga and siddha ashram

does anyone have any experince or feedback about the first university of yoga please and also on siddha ashram?
I am trying to decide between these two for about a 2 weeks yoga stay.which would be better?
also whats the story with manali and dharamasala? are there any good yoga ashrams there???

hhmmm, I'd suspect there might be more than two institutions using those names..

are you talking about this?:

I have no idea about them though. Must admit the second one looks suspicious, but this days anyone with a beard and „blissful“ look looks suspicious to me, and mentioning shaktipaths does not help either. I’m probably biased
