Best (Enlightening?) Spiritual Experience in India

My work in the advertising and film business is what brought me from Singapore/Australia to India. My life long search for a greater understanding of spirituality and the world of the unknown made India very attractive. So I took the work here and came, intrigued and hopeful to discover something.

I was clueless, I was blind and full of never ending emotional reactions which ruled my life. I was trapped.

I am writing about the last one year of my life. Over a year ago, near Mumbai, I came to meet a powerful being, a Maharishika, a great ‘Seer’ of the highest order, someone who I don’t completely understand, yet believe is a force to revolutionize the level of Awareness experienced by human beings today. My experience was that of meeting one of the most distinguished and accomplished Knowers to walk this Earth. Meeting Her, this Seer, has changed me, has transformed my life and given me an understanding I thought would take me a lifetime or more to come to.

The things I have heard from this Knower define the functioning of living. The essence, the core and the totality of living. The Knowledge she brings covers every aspect of living, across all areas, for every single human being. It is still so new and so radical. There is no website or institution nor are there pamphlets or videos. There is no meditation, there are no rules. There are simply questions and answers.

The teaching is carried out in the ancient style of question and answer between a Teacher and Seekers, under a beautiful old Mango Tree. It’s called PRESENCE. PRESENCE takes place at a seaside village called Kashid, about 3 hours south of Bombay. The village of Kashid is on the coastal road between Alibaugh and Murud. It’s easily accessible by road, by ferry (except during the monsoons) or by bus for those who dare.

Dear FArhana,
I was so enthusiacistic about going to Kashid.. but when i saw the charges.. i just lost it!
I dont have that much money for a month.. let alone daily accomadation etc!
So, basically.. poor people or seekers like cannot seek there i guess.
Any idea of cheaper accomadation there? say 150/200 per day?
Can stay without food for 2-3 days.. but place to rest the head at nite would be nice. I hope to go see Grace Preeti.. really. Rest is upto her.. she calls all will be done .
Please let me know Farhana.. if at all there is cheap stay there. Yea.. and direct bus from pune or kolhapur?
