Ayurvedic resort

Can anyone recommend an Ayurvedic/yoga resort, preferably one that canbe reached by plane as I have just a few days to spend and would like to maximize my time at the resort.

Thank you so much for your advice, which, unfortunately, I didn't get in time. I did, however, spend my last few days in Srinigar, Kashmir, on a houseboat, which I recommend whole heartedly (although not the houseboat I stayed on). The area is stunningly beautiful, a natural paradise. Cool, green and clean. Heavy military presence, but I felt safe. Not many western tourists, not surprisingly. I will keep your suggestion for a maybe next time.

I stayed at a wonderful Ayurvedic Spa called Isola Di Cocco in Poovar Island... it is not too far from Trivandrum Airport in Kerala. Very much recommended... watch out for the waves, very strong there. The massage treatments and the food are amazing!
