2-4 day introduction to Meditation in Rishikesh or neighbouring areas

Hi all!

Firstly I hope this is in the right place and that nobody has to repeat themselves too much here.
I have had a look on the forums but havent found info about short stay meditation courses for 2 to 4 days. I realise this is a very short time, but I dont have so much time in India and wanted to start persuing my interest in meditation in its home country.
Does anyone know any ashrams in Rishikesh or nearby that will offer something like this? Will I have to reserve a space before? I am going in August..
