Trip to Darjeeling

Hello,

I plan to make a trip starting Apr 30th in bagdogra airport(afternoon) and return by 5th May morning bagdogra (11:30 Am) flight.

I initially thought of Darjeeling + Gangtok, but think it might be too hectice. so i decided to restrict to areas near darjeeling.

By what I have read in different posts, here is my proposed iternary.

1. 30th april - reach baddogra airport - transfer to Mirik
2. 30th evening / night stay in mirik.
3. 1st may - morning sight seeing in mirik
4. 1st may noon - transfer to kampilong
5. 1st may night stay in kampilong
6. 2nd noon and 3rd darjeeling
7. 4th morning - catch toy train to NJP
8. 4th night stay either in NJP or baddogra
9. 5th catch flight and return.

How does the plan look like? Any comments on it? any new places to add/subtract?

what will estimated cost of travel + hotel (say 3-star deluxe double bed room) in april/may

will I get a jeep for all 5 days from bagdogra?

Thanks
Praveen
