Photos Of Shantiniketan And Surroundings

Achieved my Saturday resolution of creating a photo series from a earlier trip to Shantiniketan and thought I would share the amazing ambience.

Enjoy!

Great pictures!!Santiniketan in picture looks even more romantic and exotically attractive than the real santiniketan.

Dear Soumya,
i have done my schooling from shantiniketan.whenever i see pix of the area it makes me nostalgic. Good pictures. Though some of the pix to me little out of focus or little flat from artistic point of view. Nevertheless once again thnx to you for putting up photos of shantiniketan. Just one request, in one of the pic of shantiniketan, i can see one middle aged person with light beard wearing brown colour kurta with a woman holding a bedsheet of probably kantha stitch work. may i know the name of the male person?
