passenger train schedule from newjalpaiguri to new mal

hi indimiker
i will be visiting garubathan this month , garubathan is 55 km from njp , and 25 km from new mal station , could any one have any idea abt this place and the passenger train schedule

There is a direct train from Sealdah to New Mal, it is a well timed overnight train (in both directions), it only runs 4 days a week.

Machadinha's first link takes you directly the the relevent timetable for New Jalpaiguri to New Mal, there may be more passenger trains (but I doubt it), if there are, you will find them in the Eastern Zone timetable, it has just come out in Calcutta.

Hasimera is a further 80kms east.

You get into Bhutan from Hasimera I think.

Yeh I was around there visiting Jaldapara. Saw Bhutan across the border from elephant back. Ah... where's my deep deep sigh smiley
