You will get car from New Mal for Suntaley. No share car.If you break your jorney at Chalsa (25 mins from New Mal) you can get shared jeep for Samsing. And then to suntaley.

In monsoon Duars will be nice green, but I don't know if you can enjoy the beautiful trek to samsing, visit to Rocky island/ Murti/jalong etc.
which are nearer to Suntalekhola.

Book a full vehicle
Would suggest you book a full vehicle from New Mal station to Suntanekhola. Share would mean sharing the vehicle with 20 people and room for your luggage. You would also need to change a vehicle at Bazaar. I went to this same trip last year in August (end). It was greenery all around and luckily it did not rain for 5 - 6 days when we were there.
Note: At Suntanekhola the vehicle will go till a certain point and wont go further since tourist vehicles are not allowed beyond that point. You have the option to walk (10 Minutes) or HAVE to take a local cab (owned by local residents).

Thanks subhadipm,
could u please provide me some home stay or hotel number. We have booking for one day in WBFDC. And we will stay there for two days. And one more question what would be the cost of vehicle.

From New Mal Jn or from Chalsa?
One more thing I would like to know from where it will be easier to go Suntalekhola? from New Mal jn or from Chalsa?
Chalsa is the gateway to Samsing/Suntane Khola. As you come from Siliguri side, You will first come to Mal Bazar, then travel another 15/20 minutes to reach Chalsa. Mal is a much smaller place and has much lesser No. of hired vehicles. When I visited Suntane khola last, about three years back, the Forest Deptt. cottages were the only property there. There is otherwise no human settlement, so forget about home stay there. Sorry to disappoint. But the next day you can spend at Samsing, a beutiful place you have to cross to go to Suntane Khola. I stayed in the fabulous forest Bunglow at Samsing, but I know that there are one or two private hotels there, where you can spend second night. But try Forest one first. I agree with a previous post - better to hire your own vehicle for those two days. Specially no bus/cab etc. are available anywhere near S'khola - a point to remeber. There is a road from Samsing thru which you may go to Jhallong/ Bindu etc. on a day trip, as a bonus - provided you have your own vehicle.
Do not miss this trip - Dooars is Heavenly beautiful in Rainy Season. Every year I spend three/four days there to enjoy monsoon and am just back afer my this year's escapade.

Monsoon is green
Most people tell you to avoid Dooars during Monsoon but i really loved it. The only disadvantage is that Gorumara Main forest will remain close till mid September. But some other forests do remain open.
I was lucky enough to have two trips last year. One in end August and the other in end November. I liked the August bit since it was more green and the water level at Murti was just right for a quick splash.
On you way to Chalse from Mal Bazar there will be a place called Saat Pakki (Seven Turns). There is a small park/view point from where you can see Gorumara range / Mal bazar.

Since you will be spending two nights at S'Khola, one morning you may visit Jhallong/Bindu/Jaldhaka etc. by taking the road that goes there from Samsing (w/o coming back to the National Highway). Nice places - if you start in the morning, you may come back around 3 PM. Of course, for this you have to have your own vehicle on hire. I do not know abt that part of your plan. Similar Threads
