[Hi! Can anyone give me information about hotel accomadation and places to visit in Gadiara, WB and if possible u can add some pictures of that place. It would be really helpful. I am a new user of this site so plz give me some details about how to use the site to post my views, using of threads, and other details.
Recently I visited Frazergunj near bakkhali. I really liked that place. It was a one night stay with family so good for 1 or 2 nights, but more than that will be boring i think .We stayed in a WB government operated tourist hotel in Frazergunj. It is operated by Ben Fisheries and the hotel is really a value for money. We did not get accomadation in the A/C rooms becoz it was a last minute decision and no booking was available at that point. So the bottom line is always do advance booking becoz these are small places and without prior booking accomadation could be tough. The food however was really bad so I would suggest u take ur meals outside. Hi There! I really need help! The USB port of my computer is not working. Actually I havent used it for a long time now almost 4 years. So it has been disabled. I called a guy to help me out but he cant find any information while he tried to enable it. He told that i can insert an external USB port, which will function in the same way. It will cost me some 500 to 600 rupees. So i really don't know what to do as i dont have much idea about this equipment. So any of the computer buffs out there plz help me out! Thanks ![]()

Hi!
Thanks for d information. Can anyone give me details about santiniketan-----the best place to stay, places to visit, and other itineraries. I think 2 days is enough for a visit to santiniketan and I think travelling by train is d safest and quickest way to get to santiniketan. Well by car I think it will take much time-----can't waste much time for a 2-day visit. ![]() |

You can visit the thread trip to Shantiniketan
As for train, best will be to go by ganadevta as it starts at 6 in the morning from howrah. Otherwise you can avail of Santiniketan Express which reaches around 12.30 in the afternoon. |

Lulung forest lodge, off Baripada, Orissa. Nice getaway. Road upto Kharagpur was great. Then you have to turn off the new road (part of golden quadrilateral) onto the Bombay Road on your right. More information from OTDC office at Lenin Sarani. They Also do bookings. You have to reach the checkpoint/ gate of the forest before sundown.
