Jaldapara Wildlife Park

My friend and I want to visit Jaldapara Wildlife Sanctuary while we are in Darjeeling. Can anyone tell me of a tour company that can arrange the Hollong Tourist Lodge, an elephant safari, and transportation from Darjeeling to Hollong. We would also like to visit Toropara while we are there. Any suggestions or if anyone has been there and has a comment it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

hi, i have been to jaldapara in may 2007.i am sure u will like the place. blueline people arranged for the vehicle and i booked through west bengal tourism.if u are interested in birds its a paradise. we saw flocks of horn bills,brown cheekd bee eaters,and many more. but didnt get to see the bengal florican.

Did you book the trip in Colcata? Do you know if it´s also possible to book it on site in Kalimpong or Darjeeling?
We are also interested in that trip but we want to decide it spontaneously.

i am not aware about that is available from colcata but i have a number of west bengal forest dev corp in colcata you can inquire abt that. 033-22370060 and 61 std code it 03563.and if u r wild life make it to this park

Try http://www.east-himalaya.com/. They arrange custom tours and take care of all bookings. A friend of mine used their service and his feedback was good.
