Trying to answer your queries:

1. You will get transport to Karseong from NJP.
2. All types of transport is available, like reserved car and share jeep.
3. Travel time is around 2 hrs.
4. Rate will be approximately 1000-1100 for reserved car.
5. It depends at what time you reaching.
6. Karseong to Darjeeling is around 1.5 hrs.
7. Talk in the hotel you will stay at Karseong, for hare jeep you have to come on Hill Cart Road.
8. Rate will be around Rs 800/900.
