yes yes.. you can add these 2 other places with Jayanti easily.

1. In that case, you may stay at lataguri Or Murti for a couple of nights and visit both gorumara & Chapramari. After that you have to take a jeep to Jayati (It will cost around 1,000 To 1,200 Rs) Or Can take a Train from nearby CHALSA Station to RajaBhatkaowa (Local people in Lataguri / Murti can tell you the exact timing of tranis) . From Rajabhatkaoa you may take a jeep to Jayani (Around 300-400 Rs).

2. I have not tried the Bhutanghat trekking. So i can not tell u about the nature of the route. But you may trek To Buxa fort from Santrabari (4 Kms).. Its a nice trekking and u can easily trek with your family in this route.

3. Approx cost must not cross Rs 2000 - 3000 (per head from kolkata in sleeper class) for Only Jayanti trip & for garumara-chapramari-Jayanti it should be around 4500/- (as staying at garumara / Murti is a bit costly in comparison to Jayanti)

yes yes .. you can always book a car from NJP for 5 days. there are lots of Cars just outside the NJP Station and there are also scope for negotiations.

Jayanti is not a place which attract too much tourists like other places of dooars. But still having a booking is always nice!

The booking forForest Bunglow at Jayanti is not done from kolkata. You may book it through the Office of DFO, Jalpaiguri.

There are other places also, as i mentioned before, hence i think getting a room there will not be a big issue even in Nov/Dec.
I stay very close to Buxa-jainti..

The forest rest house is the best possible accomodation there. It can be booked from DFO coochbehar (not from Jalpaiguri ) and from forest office just behind SDO Office Alipurduar.

My advice is that u book at jainti forest bunglow as early as possible.
