Hotel near Bagdogra airport
Hi everyone,
Can anyone recommend a midrange hotel close to the Bagdogra airport. We'll be spending one night on the way back from Darjeeling next month. Thanks! |

If you are on your way back from Darjeeling, then probably you should stay at Siliguri itself...
Last year we stayed at Hotel Golden Gate in Siliguri and it was quite good, we paid around Rs.1000 for a night (double).. |

Bagdogra is the name of the area where the airport is located and yes you will be staying at silliguri only !! But why come one day early from a lovely place like darjeeling if u have 2.30 flight assumin scince i took it to kolkutta and i dont think there are any flight s before 12.00 . noon . . Start early morning it does nt taake more than 4 hrs becoz you will be descending from the hill s Our driver took us from darjling to silliguri down a 1 way road which was through the jungle and we reached in 2 1/2 hrs but 4 hr s is maximum one take s for darjeeling - bagdogra/silliguri .
so plan accordingly |
