This is really very important to find a good map of Duras. Thanks for this thread. Unfortunately I didn’t find an updated one. BTW, this one gives a rough idea :

as an afterthought, pl. include "Paren" in the Dooars and "Hi" in the Sikkim region in your hand-drawn sketch.

A better idea will be to prepare a separate enlarged map for Sikkim and Darjeeling. So many new spots are coming up almost everyday - Rinchenpong, Katao. Tinchuley and Lepchajagat near Darjeeling. The map needs be elaborated on north Sikkim. Just giving a food for thought !

This " Paren" in Doars seems to be very nice place,
I believe WBFDC has opened up a new tourist lodge
over there.

yeah, I think I should draw a large scale map
for Sikkim and north Darjeeling area.

I just wanted to put the link in above-mentioned Duars thread. I believe the availability of this beautiful map will add some value in that thread.

Finally I managed to sketch down a Map of Sikkim
and north of Darjelling, this one all in English,
Going through my Final Touch up Job, hopefully
will be able to post by today evening.

This is gr8!!!!!! It's really wonderful.
Two points are not clear to me :
1. Whats's the meaning of 16 written next to Hee Martam ?
2. This new spot "Capt Debasish Dey" is not located ?

Chief, u now seem to be a person like - u ask for it, u'll get it ! why don't u include Gurudongmar, Katao, Yumesemdong, Nathula (Tsomgo distance is to be mentioned) ? Nevertheless, it's really fabulous !
