I like to help people who want to take help.
hahahahaha...
Well,... In Lolegaon the best view is from Hornbill(1,2,3,4)but it is in lower portion of the terrace of the banglow, and a bit more expensive. In that case you can go for ORCHID(1,2).
In lava go for Dukpa 1 and Lepcha 1, I think the best view of Lava can be seen from these two cottages. We stayed in Dukpa 1, which I think is THE BEST.
you can see photos uploaded by me here.

For Rishap you can ask booking manager for the best viewing rooms, why don't you call him right now and ask the name of the Hotel they arrange and just google that hotel to see its view.(if Available) we didn't stay at Rishap, I found Lava more beautiful as KJ was not visible from Rishap because of Clouds.

Well.... I cannot predict weather at that time.Even if you find yourself in sunny weather with blue sky, the peaks may be covered with white clouds there, as it was the case for us too.

Remember Satyajit roy film Kanchenjungha, where the mountain was visible only at the end of the story.

We(wife & myself) also have similar plans to visit Lava-Lollegaon-Rishap during the first week of September but I don't know how to book WBFDC cottages online? Also, can anyone suggest me the best cottages/suits at Lava and Lollegaon? For Rishap we will go for Hotel Sonar Bangla as we have heard quite good reviews about them. Any suggestions about rooms with them?
Thanks in advance

HI Dear, I am afraid that WBFDC has no online booking facility. You Can call them in their Kolkata number and ask for the procedure.
In Lava the Best cottage you will like is Lepcha 1, and in Lolegaon Hornbill 3, or 4 will be a good option. Hotel Sonar bangla at Rishap has good facility and most of the rooms are facing the mountains. The rest of the information you may need in this tour is available in my previous posts.
