best hotel in darjeeling and kalimpong

Hello All,

I am planning to visit Darjeeling and Kalimpong in November 2010. I am staying for two nights at each of this places.

Could any one please suggest comfortable hotels available at these places. My budget is around 1500 per day. I do not want very high end lavishing hotel. But basic facilities (water, clean linen, cleanliness, etc.) should be present.

Last April we were in Kalimpong and stayed in Deki Lodge

The prices on the website are not correct. We payed 1050 rs. for the most expensive one. The room was clean and had a large balcony overlooking the town.

We phoned them the day before we arrived and we could choose other rooms too.
